Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Adapt Fitness processes information when you use the iOS app or this website. We design the service to use only the information needed to provide personalized training, backup and support.

Information you choose to provide

• Training goals, experience, schedule, equipment, restrictions and exercise preferences.
• Workout logs, completed sets, loads, reps, effort feedback and progress check-ins.
• Optional profile and body-composition metrics such as age, sex used for training context, height, weight, body-fat percentage and scan results.
• Account information required for sign-in and cloud backup.

Apple Health and wearable data

If you grant permission, Adapt Fitness can read selected Apple Health data such as sleep, activity, heart rate, weight and body composition, and can save completed workouts. Health access is optional and controlled in iOS. Adapt Fitness does not use health data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Smart Scan

When you choose to import a scan screenshot, supported metrics are processed on your device and shown for your confirmation. The image itself is not added to your profile or cloud backup by this feature; only values you verify and save become part of your record.

Services used to operate the app

Adapt Fitness uses service providers for secure cloud storage and authentication, subscription management, and operational diagnostics. These providers process data only to deliver their services under their own privacy and security obligations.

How information is used

Information is used to build and adjust workouts, show progress, sync data across your devices, manage purchases, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you remove it or the app. Cloud-backed data remains while your account is active or as needed for legitimate operational and legal obligations. You can request deletion from the app’s Privacy & data screen or by emailing privacy@adapfitness.com.

Children

Adapt Fitness is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age required to consent in their location should use the service only with a parent or guardian.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own subject to applicable safeguards.
